Shipping and Receiving

Seafood processing plant looking for a full time employee for 2nd Shift in our Shipping and Receiving Department from 3:00PM-11:30PM.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate Forklift/Pallet Jack to unload inbound trucks

  • Unloading and documenting weights of inbound fish

  • Entering the data into our receiving inventory

  • Making sure the paperwork is correct for the inbound fish

  • Recording temperatures of the fish being unloaded

  • Communicate with the truck drivers when needed

  • Communicate with Supervisors/Management about any issues with the product

  • Documenting information (Fish Weights, Tub #’s, Product and Product Temperature)

Required Skills:

  • Licensed to operated Forklift/ Pallet Jack

  • Basic Computer Skills: Outlook and Excel

  • Fluency in speaking and reading English and Spanish

  • Must be able to take direction

  • Ability to lift within OSHA guidelines

  • Willingness and ability to work in a cold/refrigerated environment

  • Reliable Transportation
