IT Support Specialist

We are looking for hands on IT Support Technician for a family run production facility in East Boston. The broad spectrum of IT hats to be worn range from CISCO networking, to IP Cameras, to 1 on 1 user assistance and desktop support.

Skills: • MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Access • MS SQL experience • Desktop support • OS skills: Win 7, Win 8, Win 10 • Basic Networking and Security skills, Sonicwall experience a plus. • Basic CISCO skills • Basic understanding of Windows Server: DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Printer Servers, Active Directory, Office 365 • Ability to communicate well, written and oral. English is a must, Spanish is a positive.

Candidate must be a self-starter and willing to work in a food processing plant.
